4.3-μm TE CO2 laser

Abstract

We describe a pulsed 4.3-μm CO2 laser that employs conventional TE CO2 discharges. The laser is efficient, line tunable over two different 4.3-μm bands, and potentially scalable to high pressures and output powers.
