High-resolution continuous-wave coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy in a supersonic jet

Abstract

We have obtained high-resolution cw coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectra of the ν1 Q branch of methane in an underexpanded supersonic jet at temperatures as low as 31.5 K and pressures below 2 Torr.
